06/04/10- We have recently discovered this amazing band from The Netherlands called "Carved in Gold". Check them out by clicking on the link! " Carved in Gold is a progressive rock/metal band from Overijssel (the Netherlands) consisting of Hanne-Merel Lakerveld (lead vocals), Maarten Langeree (guitar, backing vocals), Ben Bruschke (bass guitar) and Mark Mulder (drums). All material performed by the band is self written or co-written." They have been very supportive of OS, so take a listen!!

04/01/10- OS is sad to announce that guitarist and founding member Danielle (Francis) Nunes has decided to leave the band. After 11 years of hard work and dedication she has decided to focus on other things. Danielle has chosen to leave, but still supports us in all that we do. The past 11 years have been amazing and we wish Danielle all the best! Thank-you so much Danielle for all the memories!

03/25/10- New 'blog' up!

03/17/10-I just wanted to take a second to pay tribute to the wonderful musician, and human being Dan Achen. Sadly Dan passed away this week. We had the privilege of recording at Catherine North Studios, which was owned by Dan, in October 2008. Our thoughts, and hearts go out to his family, friends, and everyone who was touched by his kindness. We are just one, of the hundreds of bands that have come and gone from Catherine North. To be honest, when we came in, we were nobodies. The thing that made Dan so special is that he made us feel like somebody. He, along with Michael Chambers, challenged us, pushed us, and made us the best possible musicians we could be at that time. It is not often that you come across people who really care about music like Dan. He was a truly special person, and he will be missed. 12/21/09- To Celebreate Winter Solstice today at 12:47 pm, we have posted a new song and video in our blog section titled "First Snow". Trina and Deanna recorded a version of "O Holy Night" and also recorded a live video to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! We hope everyone has a safe and happy Holiday!
